FAQ's
What is the expected delivery time for orders?
As I make everything to order, it can take 1-2 days for you order to be made, depending on the number of orders I have, this can be longer at busy periods, such as Christmas.
The Free P&P option we use as standard is with royal mail 2nd class postage, which can take 3-5 working days.
However this can be upgraded to 1st class postage which is 1-2 days.
On average you should get your order between 2-4 days.
How will my order arrive?
Depending on the size of your order, all orders are sent out in crush proof boxes, with each item individually sealed, and comes with clear simple instructions.
Will My order arrive fully assembled?
Apart from a few items on my website, all items come in kit form. But each item comes with a clear simple instruction sheet, to help guide you. The only thing you will need is either PVA or Wood glue.
I have a problem with my order / How do I contact you?
If you ever have a problem with you order, please get in touch, either via the contact tab at the top of the page, or you can email me at sam@lasercraftdesigns.uk
I will try my hardest to help you with your problem.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not at the moment. Unfortunately due to all the extra paper work and expense with shipping internationally at the moment we no longer ship aboard. But I'm always looking to see if this improves.
Do you do Custom Work/ Do you take Suggestions?
Yes, I do take Custom work, but it is on a by order basis depending on how busy I am at the time.
For simple alterations such as making the logo smaller/ changing the hole sizes I can do that very easily, but if you want a custom design, or custom logo I do charge a small fee.
If you have a suggestion for a new design or product you would like to see, I will do my best to decide if there is a bigger enough demand for it to be worth designing and making it.
What is the best way to paint my stands?
As most of our stands are made from MDF the best way to paint them is to prime / seal them first. The MDF will soak up the moisture in the paint and it will go patchy and blotchy if you don't prime them.
You can buy MDF primer from DIY stores but it can be expensive. The cheapest and easiest way and the way I always use to prime my MDF pieces is to coat the MDF in a 50/50 mix of PVA glue and water.
Once dry you can use whatever paint you want I've personally used emulsion paint for walls, spray paint and even cheap children's paint (Poster Paint) and have been happy with the finish. As long as you have primed/ sealed the MDF you should be fine.
Can I trust you with my order?
I pride ourselves on our customer service. I have been trading successfully on Ebay since 2020 and Etsy since 2021, with consistently good feedback.
On Etsy I have made over 6000 sales with an overall 5 star rating, and on Ebay I have sold over 1500 items with a 99.5% rating.
